HEYYYYYYYYYYYY GUESS WHAT

Not only does Mireille Bouquet's Japanese seiyuu, Mitsuishi Kotono, voice-act for Sailor Moon, but also Excel! o.O

I just don't get it. Noir is one of the darkest animes out there, and yet Mireille has the same voice as Sailor Moon and...EXCEL?!!
